So... in a nutshell, Vodacom has taken it upon themselves to add another account to my debit order - without ANY Authorisation or approval? They then advise me to stop the debit order (which has gone off for two months now - isn't that?) and they can't assure it won't go off again this month.
The bigger frustration is that I can't get my money back due to a lack of any client service or feedback. I have made a minimum of 7 phone calls and spoken to at least 15 very very unhelpful and totally incompetent individuals. Not one person is willing to even try. That is if they exsist, I have at least 4 false names and two reference numbers that don't exsist?
So this is my only hope as I am against a brick wall, and have been trying since the 1st of Jan to sort this out...
