In 2013, I tried to upgrade to ADSL "Uncaped". This was a bad experience of 6 weeks without good reaction from Telkom.
On my account I was charged as iff I had the uncaped service.
One of my complaints refered to the charge without the service and I was promised that it will be refunded.
THIS NEVER HAPPENED
Later in 2013, my service was again interupted for another 2 weeks... Again no refund.
No wonder your profit is good... Big boy taking from the small ones
