Will I ever get my money from FNB?

On the 5th of August I withdrew cash from an ATM (amount of R400) and no money came out, but on my account it has appeared as though I had received the cash. The next morning I contacted FNB and explained the matter, the consultant that I spoke to sent me forms to fill and send back and told me that my money would be reversed back into my account in 5 working days, after week no money was reversed in my account and I contacted FNB to find out what was going on, I spoke to another consultant who told me that the matter has been escalated to her supervisor and that money would be reversed in my account in 5 working days, a week later there was nothing, I called again and the consultant that I spoke to tried to make me fill the same forms again, bear in mind that I emailed the forms and faxed them -did I receive a reference number? No I did not, then the consultant asked me to forward the email I sent with the form attached to his supervisor, I then received a call from the supervisor who confirmed that she has received my email and has escalated the matter to the relevant department and I would get feedback in two days, I have not received feedback. its over a month now, what do I do?
