No service Delivery

On the 4th of December I applied for a new contract with Telkom mobile kolonnade, I was immediatlly approved for the Samsung S4 mini contract where you get 5gb pm. They didnt have stock on the day but said they were suppose to get 1st of december. I still didnt get the phone untill today almost 2months down the line. I logged a complaint with Hello Peter 2 weeks ago to get a response. I got response quickly from Telkom headoffice and Sales online so that they can streamline the process, but i find out today that my new application online with order the old order from the store has been cancelled. Now they tell me that they will have to make a new order that will take me another week or two to get my phone. This is completely unacceptable .. HOW LONG AM I GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT TO GET A PHONE!!! HOW MANY APPLICATIONS MUST I DO??? HOW MANY ORDERS MUST BE DONE BEFORE THEY DELIVER THE PHONE TO ME???
