Data Pro/ Voxtelecom has been our Internet and domain hosting service provider for a year and within the first 2 months our router broke it took over 2 weeks to sort it out, being pushed told that it was a telkom issue however turned out that they needed to replace the router. We have had never ending issues without outgoing servers, where we had to continue changing SMTP settings and have had never had to do this with any other service provider. SMTP addresses and in turn emails would not work overseas and no-one at Datapro could figure this out, eventually after 2x overseas business trips and hours of phone-calls JP Pretorius assisted us with this issue. Because of the bad service, no-one really caring and getting back to us and constantly being pushed from pillar to post, we decided to cancel being well within the consumer act we could cancel with no notice. Lindiwe Omed then came back to us saying that we had to pay for a whole years subscription and then took back and forward emails for a month to release or domains and cancel our ADSL with Voxtelecom from then it has taken an additional 15 days to release our website so that we could move over.
