Could Ayanda please give me a call, my line 084 365 1871 was and i advised call centre to please block the line until i have a sim swap done, I think that because my email was also active on that line it no longer works on my line that I currently use 084 919 0234. If they could please try and assist me with this, I have called the call centre but they are not sure how to assist me on this matter and i have been put through to the wrong persons. The actual message on my email states user account is in suspend mode.
I know for a fact i am up to date with payments etc.
