Bad customer service

I had a problem with my samsung s4 battery that is only 4 months old. The person helping me insinuated I over charged the battery. When I said no he then said they will book phone in for service and it takes 21 days. I asked would I be without phone for 21 days and person said yes that's how it works. The person was not interested in trying to address my problem or helping me find a solution. This is the 3rd time that we have had bad service from this branch. Went to dion wired in same shopping centre after I totally lost it with cellc and they helped me and sorted out my problem. Samsung is going to replace battery free of charge.
