NOT RESPONDING TO ONLINE REQUEST FOR MORE 10DAYS

On 3 January 2014 I filled in an online contact form on your website to ask for assistance with an upgrade on which I got a reply that I will be replied to within 24-72 hours. I tried to click the link on the mail on which I received a message that the link has been suspended. I replied by asking what I should do. ANother reply that my query will be dealt with in 24-72 hours.
I again got a reply on 5 Jan that some-one will contact me within 2 days.
On 8 January I again send mail - it has now been FIVE days without any response... on this i only got the same reply - your query will be dealt with in 25-72 hours... On 11 January I send several message via facebook inbox to you.. Several promises was made that some-one will call me. Eventually I had a call on 13 January from a very incompetent operator. I asked that a supervisor call me back. I was promised that a supervisor will call back in 10 minutes. I took it again to facebook inbox, and was promised that some-one will call me the next day - I mentioned that I would only be available after 13:00 and the operator said that it is noted.
I waited faithfully - NO CALL..
