I recently took out a new Vodacom contract and I quickly realised it was a recycled number as I am receiving messages and calls of persons and companies trying to get hold of the previous owner of my new number. I can't believe that Vodacom is recycling numbers. It's really frustrating, are they legally allowed to do that?
