Data just dissapears and no explinations

I've had none stop issues with Vodacom from the day I started my contract, first week of having the S4 it was faulty, screen flashed all the time, I had videos to show how the screen flashed and they refused to replace the phone even after the contract stated that it should be replaced if any problems arise in the fist month or so, I ended up paying to have the phone fixed & lost my warranty with no refund from Vodacom at all, during this time they just decided to cancel my insurance, they said i authorized it so i asked for the papers to show where i said this, after making me run around they agreed they were at fault but no attempt was made to assure me that all was sorted. My account has been going up and up every month so i phoned to find out why as my data is always finished at the start of the month (3-4th), I am on Wifi at work & home so want to know how this is possible... i filed this complaint in November 2013, they said its under investigation & someone will call me, I am still waiting!!! My account now stands at R1500 this month? I want to cancel this contract as I am tired of the run around, poor service & empty promises from them... VERY ANGRY
