! st I want to start by when I took out the contract I was fully aware of the payments, and when I upgraded I was told that I would get a white blackberry and I waited more than 2 months for the phone, when I was informed that they only had the phone on a Vodacom contract and not MTN. I was informed that they will cancel the MTN contract and I must just take out a Vodacom contract to get the phone. A month ago my wife's phone got and we put the MTN sim into the phone as the promises they made to cancel was never done and the sim card I have of the MTN number and paying it every month does not work. now they want me to do a sim swop that is going to cost me money again. as I cant use the airtime that is loaded every month if they do load it up PROMISES PROMISES PROMISES
