You said that all 2mb lines will be upgraded to 4mb in December last year. My line got upgraded for about a week and then it went back to 2mb all of a sudden. Nobody I spoke to in your technical dept. can tell me why or what is going on. I have confirmed with my ISP that my exchange supports 4mb so you cannot BS me and tell me that it's not possible. I need to know what is going on with this.
