A HUGE UP TIME AFTER TIME

We were still waiting for Telkom to tell us that we could SELF-INSTALL our ADSL (something that we were told would happen a month ago), when we realized that they now decided to book someone to come and install it for us for a charge of over R700. This is not what we asked for and we specifically made this clear when placing the order for the ADSL-activation. Meanwhile, they are merrily charging for the use of the line, even for a phone call apparently made from our line on the 2nd January while we were away... the best is that there is no phone connected to the line.
