Port Forwarding port 2000 and remote access

Can someone please assist. Looks like nobody understands me or have a clue what I'm talking about!!!

Please activate remote access to my network and port forwarding!!!

Some ISP's have a completely unrestricted APN that don't require any applications. Some ISP's, in particular the mobile ones require you to file an application to enable the port forwarding while others block it all together.
