Perhaps by making this complaint online, I may get some feedback and results. I opened a new contract with Cell C, and when my phone was delivered, they had sent the wrong size sim card, so I had to go out and buy another one. My Previous contract with another supplier ended on the same day. I was assured by the consultant I signed on with, that he would take care of the port forwarding, but after leaving messages and emails, Im still not connected. Now I have no contract available to me, and cannot make phone calls etc. This is a massive issue for me. Can someone pull finger and sort my port forwarding out as promised.
