Hi there, I am usually a very patient person but the internet speed for even general use has been terribly slow of late. I have noticed an increase of speed at around 3am to 6am. Please help me Telkom, I know you can do it. I cannot use a service that I pay for that is not stable and working correctly. I will be forced to speak to the DTI if I cannot get my isp to sort things out as I am protected by the consumer protection act. I need it to work and my bosses are not happy. Come on guys. I know that deep within Telkom is a heart that beats for passion and commitment and I need to see that now please?
