Its been almost a week and still my new cellphones are not activated.
i have spoken to a team leader by the name of winston who promised me that he would escalate my complaint to the relevant department and also promised to contact me, to date, no contact has been made with me.
i want my phones activated by cob TODAY!
if my complaint is not resolved, i will be putting up complaints via all social media platforms until eventually you guys decide to assist me.
i am completely dissapointed by the service i have recieved thus far.
i am a new customer and this is not the service i expect from vodacom.
Hoping to hear from you soonest.
