After logging a compliant on Hello Peter a few weeks back, Wenzile responded that the branch in question (Sandton City) would contact me around mid month to alert me as to stock situation.
I have had no response, barring the initial reply to my complaint, from the branch or Wenzile for that matter.
After initially being hopeful as to MTN's redemption from pathetic customer service it seems that this is indeed the norm - over promise and under deliver.
