On October 10th 2013 i visited Clicks in the Golden Acre in Cape Town whereby I was looking to shop for 5 foot spas and 5 braai sets. Because the store had been recently renovated it was a bit difficult for me to find all that i was looking for. I spotted a consultant in one of the isles and asked for assistance. I've never been that satisfied with a consultant that way before. Patrick left all that he was doing to help me find all my items, dealt with my uncertainty of getting the correct items professionally - all in all and even assisted me in taking all my items that filled a trolley up all the way to the Pick n Pay parking bay which was a huge distance from Clicks. He helped me offload all my shopping, asked if I was ok or needed any further assistance of which after I answered no he humbly walked off back to the store. He did not even ask or wait or even expect a tip for all his help. He assisted me with utmost enthusiasm and respect although he was much older than me and I TRULY appreciated his help and thank him a million times.
That is what true customer service is and i complemented him on the spot and asked him to please continue rendering such a magnificent service!
