After 2months of walking in and out of a mtn store still my problem was not sorted out
ONCE AGAIN I PAY FOR A SERVICES AND ONCE AGAIN I DID NOT RECEIVE IT WHO DO I HAVE TO SPEAK TO TO GET THIS SORTED . I dont want to speak to a manager or a customer service advisor i want to speak to someone in the head office and i want to get this sorted within this week.
I am sick and tired of mtn, how long does it take to get a repaired handset fixed 10years?
I was told the phone is out of warrenty then another person said it is in warrenty (agnus) what is the right story?
I was advised by Agnus from golden acre that they cannot do anything i must go fight with the store i took the contract out and the contract expires sep 2013 .I dont care where i took the phone out mtn is mtn
I would like someone to call me ASAP
