1 Year later and no progress even after responses
Insert from previous complaint...
With the heavy rains we experienced in January, the pole in my yard fell over and damaged my wall. I have reported this since the occurrence on the 22/01/2013 and up to this day the 30/04/2013 no one has attempted to get back to me with some info.
My attempts to get this resolved...
22/01/2013 incident reported. REF 37769/22/01/12 (Mohudi)
25/01/2013 followed up reference could not be found new REF 46268/44/25/01/13 (Rakesh)
07/02/2013 held on for 15 minutes waiting for the agent to locate my complaint but failed and then cut the call (Makabe) (Hangwe)
Sometime in March i went onto the Telkom Website and escalated my complaint. Where it went to i do not know as i have not received any feedback.
The beginning of April i went to the Office in Boulders Midrand to lay the complaint again and i had to supply them with my contact details etc. I was told that a technician will contact me by the end of the week. I am still waiting.
To cut a long story short, I am under the impression that because i do not have a telkom account and that all my neighbours phones work for this reason no one is bothered.
