I have been a loyal customer to Cell C from 2006 till now and have been paying my bill on time everytime. I have now in December upgraded my contratual term with them for another 24 months. I got a call from Customer Care that they didn't debit my account in December and after investigation found out that they switched bank details without confirming with me. as a result they suspended all the lines on my account. FOR WHAT?? It's their fault that they switched my personal information without contacting me and now I cannot even make calls in an emergency. When I call the call centre, they can't explain what happened. When I ask to speak to the manager/supervisor to get this resolved, it sounds like they put the phone on the side... 4 times I got disconnected holding for a manager. I am now left with contracts that cannot make outgoing calls because of Cell C's incompetence. I have never missed or skipped payment with them - EVER!! and this is all the thanks I get for being flipping loyal for all these years. I am beyond mad - I am disgusted
