I renewed my contract with iBurst Wireless in December 2013. I was promised delivery of my new wireless desktop modem. it is now the 14 January 2014 and still no delivery and feed back from iBurst. they are using the wurst courier company in Johannesburg, namely RAM. I am paying for the new contract and for the new wireless modem but do not have the modem that was promised me. Ram drivers are. The one guy tells there office that they came round to my house to deliver the modem but I was not there, but what they did not relize that I had infact taken the day off and was at home in my office all day as I run my own business from home as well as I have 5 of my staff that were at my house cleaning up the tool shed all day as witnesses to this fact.
I phoned iBurst and complained. one very rude sales guy hung up on me then I spoke to another guy who arranged for another delivery 2 days later. The delivery was to take place on a Tuesday morning between 8am and 10am. again no delivery. I have called more than 10 times chasing after then but to date, no reply
