Incorrect debits, suspended lines, bad service

TO ANYONE THINKING OF OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF MONKEYS. RATHER GET A PHONE CONTRACT FROM YOUR LOCAL ZOO, I AM SURE THE SERVICE WILL BE BETTER!!!

This is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with!!! Last week Telkom Mobile sent me a message stating that their debit had been rejected by my bank. (They have NOT even tried to debit our account!!!) When I called customer services they informed me that they can not assist me because I am not the account holder. However I have my husband's ID number and particulars and am married in communion of property!! Do people randomly call in and try to pay other peoples accounts???
Now once again I have been suspended, now I (the non account holder) must proceed to do their jobs for them. I must do an EFT into their account, I must fax them the proof of payment and then I need to follow up with them as to when the situation will be rectified!
This company should close their doors because this is not the first time that this type of thing has happened to us.
I have had it with this company, they must cancel our contracts IMMEDIATELY!!
