I applied for an upgrade 21 Dec 2013 for LG 7ii was told it will be available in 2 weeks. i then went back on 6 Jan 2014 only to be told that they had received stock but sold it again. i feel that this is unacceptable surely they should have kept a phone knowing that they needed to give one to me.
