On the 11th of December I called Web Africa to advise I was moving houses and that I would like to suspend my account until I have my line set up. I was told that it would no problem and I would just need to call in once I am ready. Yesterday I did call in the afternoon at around 15:00 explained my situation and at first I was told I would need to re activate my service with Telkom which I wasnt told before. After arguing my point I was told that my internet would be turned back on within the next 10 minutes! At 18:00 when I got home it was still not working. From 18:15 last night to 22:00 last night I must have made atleast 10 calls to Web Africa but each time after being on hold for about 15 minutes each time the line dropped. I am an extremely unhappy customer and I still have NO internet access!!!
THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
