Terrible Service

Myself and my secretary have been calling the Telkom Direct store in Ballito the entire day at regular intervals and left countless messages to no avail. A female finally answered the phone around 4pm. She was extremely lethargic and had no intention of assisting me whatsoever. She had absolutely no clue of the services Telkom offers and when asked, she put me on hold to check with someone and cut the call straight after. I immediately tried calling again for the next half an hour and yet again, nobody responds. A buddy of mine works in the store directly across the Telkom Direct store and has seen the store with no customers for most part of the day. This is not the first time I'm experiencing such horrendous service from Telkom. It's not just myself thats extremely frustrated, but a whole lot of executives. This matter will definitely go public in every way possible.
