I relocated my internet line from one place to another a time back. From that day my internet was never the same. I called them more than once to fix the problem. a technician never came out. I have a 10 mb uncapped line. But i only get like 4mb at max. For the last thew days my ping on my internet is like 740 where it is suppose to be like 30 on max. I cant do online gaming or even youtube correctley. For the last thew night i basicalley called them every night. But no one pics up the phone on there side. I usely are on the line for about an hour at a time. I just think I am paying for it I atleast want my internet connection to be ok. I pay my bills every month but they nt sticking to my contract. Plz help Hello Pete
