Order dispatched OR NOT, instead cancelled by Canon

My husband ordered a Canon Eos 600D combo deal on [URL Removed] confirmed our order was already at dispatch 3 days later, but 2 days after that Kalahari phoned to say our order was cancelled by Canon. We logged a complaint. They phoned us & all we got is sorry! SORRY??? We have a trip coming up. Specially wanted the camera for that. My husband even bought an extra lens for the camera. Now, we are 4 days away frm our trip, wasted 2 weeks with this order, have to wait up to 7 days to get our money back frm Kalahari, have no camera & a lens we can do NOTHING with & all we got is SORRY.How can you allow a special to be advertised & then, after order was confirmed, draw back & cancel due to Canon not being able to let this combo go at that price. Surely these things have to be sorted out before the deal gets advertised. Where are we going to get the time or the extra money to get a decent camera in time for our trip? Pathetic. It shows poor marketing & customer service from Canon. How can your brand be trusted if your business ethics are so untrustworthy. To just cancel the deal for you was easier, not even thinking bout the consequences it has on the customers, YOUR customers. Im shocked
