My ADSL line (and internet connection) has been down since Tuesday, 13 January 2014. (Ref 977CTK130114). Everyday follow-up result in the same reply from the Telkom Call Centre i.e. testing indicates physical line problem and call handed over to the technical area. They (Call Centre) have 'escalated' the call (ref # 573361), but still no response from the technical area. The Call Centre staff are very helpful and try to assist as far as possible.
Tried to phone the telephone number on the Telkom website to log a complaint (011) 333-7188 - get a voice message stating this number does not exist - Telkom?
