NO INFRASTRUCTURE NO SERVICE

ON THE 27TH of December I escalated that my line had not been moved and I had called the call center twice to find out when my line would be moved. I was later told that the complex had no infrastructure and infrastructure would only be available for the 29th of March 2014 . After Telkom responded to my hello peter wt an escalation number still I was not contacted - meaning the hello peter response is for show and not to rectify the issue. After further investigation I found that in the same compolex I live in there are pple with telkom lines and adsl and yet there is no infrastructure for my unit. I am beginning to think that term is used over holiday periods when pple dont want to work thus we must wait until the new year begins. What is worse is that I have recieved a line rental bill yet I have no servivces and yet I made it clear that I want to the service temporarily suspended and that the call center said I would be credited for the lack of service. Despite pple saying the telkom service was unreliable I NEED MY LINE AND WIFI SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS BEFORE JANUARY ENDS.
