Since we've signed up to Telkom we've always had Internet problems and they always seem to pass the buck and something never gets done always excuses or lately not even that.
Apparently we're too far from an exchange yet they dont want to move us to a closer one, why? heaven knows
At the moment we're paying for a 2meg line but hardly getting over 500 kbps pathetic! we've reported it several
time as well as the slow speed our line keeps dropping constantly. Call centre recommends we speak to a technician but they never come and or blame the exchange
