I ordered a Huawei E5331 on Smart Internet 1.5 GB Promo on the 20th December 2013 and was told that the delivery would take 7 working days. I waited for 14 days but the item was not delivered. When I contacted their call centre on the 09th January 2014 I was told that someone came to my house to deliver and there was no one there, of which I am finding it hard to believe as the delivery person also claimed that he tried to get hold of me, but I don't have any record of that missed call.
I was promised by Ayanda on the 09th that the device would be delivered on the 13th but that did not happen. I spent the whole day in the office waiting for the delivery. Can someone please assist and if you cant please cancel the contract so that I can look for alternatives.
