Returned my new Sony Xperia within 15 hours (of which I was asleep for 8) only to be told that some reaction under the tab shows water damage- what nonsense it's been nowhere near water. What an excuse? I purchased the phone in good faith that it would work and the staff did no checks in the shop to ensure it was in working condition. It's sad to see similar complaints about this water damage- no faith in Sony or Vodacom- corporate... I'll fight this for years if necessary.
