Unauthorised debit and subscription

On the 23 November I took a contract with Mtn, I received a statement from Mtn reflect that I'm owing R578.02
for content charges, was advised by mtn that I had subscribed and I was liable for the charges. As it is my sim card has never worked from the day I collected my contact from mtn, I have tried to get hold of Mira Networks I have had no luck. I have also tried to get their contact details from the internet no one answers the phone. I have called the 081 number, it has a voice recording I can not get through to the consultant. I want the money debited from my mtn account to be reversed back.
