Got roped into a "competition" for a free cellphone and a month airtime, was "Randomly chosen", no mention of any contracts, no allowance of any debit orders to come off my account, laid a complaint almost 5 months ago, EC-ZHAZ-3UQK78 - after realizing money has been coming off my account with out my knowledge as they just added it to my current Vodacom account for almost a year and debit order (HOW???).
Reference number sent to me from [Email Removed] after laying a case which I was told to do, with the voice recording and email conversations had with the company, this number which I didn't sign up for has been sitting on my account I currently use which has my current cell number, and are permanently phoning me to tell me to pay this account which this other number is sitting on, when they cant even respond to my email after 5 months, this service is disgusting, I've followed all the hoops I have to jump through, go from department to department, who keeps phoning me to tell me that I need to pay this account, BUT CANT RESPOND TO MY CALL I'VE LOGGED AGES AGO.

Please someone help me, as this is ridiculous, as it feels like a neverending story.
