I report my faulty line more than two months ago and it is not repaired! Telkom phoned me a couple of days after I reported the fault and said a technician will contact me to repair the fault. Nothing happened since. I try to email them but I receive an error code when I submit the email. I pay my account every month on time and they don't have to wait for their money, but now when they have to give a service, they can't deliver! It's a disgrace!!
