I have logged a report before, and they responded on this platform, but thats where it ended.
I have done the online tracking of my order twice with no response. What do these people do all day long. You drive and see telkom bakkies all over our area, but they cant get back to you regarding a line installation or just do it? And that after they took the payment already and i got an invoice already, still no line???
Telkom is pathetic and useless!!! No wonder nobody wants to deal with them.
