Poor service-No feedback on billing query

In May12 I took out an internet contract at R149pm. Phone number 0786020051, for the month of May I was billed an amount of R208-60, thereafter from June-Sept R149pm, which was paid. All of a sudden in Oct the line was linked by MTN to a corporate account, for what reason, nobody can tell me & I was credited with an amount of R124-17, thinking that they will pick up on the mistake and not being 100% sure of how the billing worked I left it there, but when for Nov I was once again not billed I went to MTN Northpark and asked them to have a look at what is going on. The next billing I recieved in Dec showed a debit amount of R213-57 which was also paid, account for all 4 my lines payable for January 2013 was an amount of R1 040-56 which was promptly paid, but my lines got suspended by MTN, on calling them I was told that I owe them an amount of R357-60, since January my lines got suspended on a regular basis twice per month, on phoning MTN they all agree that there is a 'problem" with the account but nobody can explain how or what, in the meantime I made arrangements to pay of the amount at R100-00 pm while waiting for feedback from MTN, this morning my lines got suspended again!
