On the 16/12/2013 my phone was taken in for repairs and I was given a loan phone by mtn
FIRSTLY- THE LOAN PHONE IS FAULTY
SECONDLY- I PAID THE EXCESS AMOUNT BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK; EVERYTIME I CALL I AM GIVEN EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND THE AGENTS ARE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.
I AM WITH THIS SERVICE BECAUSE I AM PAYING FOR THE INSURANCE THIS IS NOT A FREE SERVICE BUT YOUR AGENTS TREAT ME AS THOUGH THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR.
BRING BACK MY PHONE AND I WILL GO TO ANOTHER NETWORK WHERE I WILL BE TREATED AS A PAYING CLIENT.
