I'm still waiting for my new phone as promised

My name is Chris. Last year my phone was water damaged, I claimed for it and I paid an excess amount of R1114. 37. The phone was declared BER and I was told I'll get a new phone like a the one had. I waited for more than a month for something I was told it would take only 3 to 4 working days. Last week Friday I was told I'll get the new phone the latest would be today but there's not even a call about the delivery even if they don't have the phone yet, just an update nothing. I received a few phone calls before I paid the excess amount now that I've paidi don't hear from them. I asked one the call centre agents to give me his superivisor's contact details but the email address I got wasn't working.
