Never get my account correct and dont respond

I have received my latest account today for January 2014 and the credits as below for R154.82 from our last correspondence do not reflect. Also there are charges of R10.56 for GPRS!!! 0.53 for CALLS and 0.88 for SMS plus 14% vat, which are not correct.
We have checked the balances daily on the the account by smsing 101 # and were not even anywhere close in usage to the contractual amounts given let alone above them.
Please adjust the amounts accordingly and amend the account. I am really frustrated that my e mails are ignored and this kind of service is disgusting. It has been months and months of this and it never ends
