I was phoned by vodacom offering me cellsure on my handset, I clearly stated that I want my iphone4 insured and not the iphone4s of my wife as she is a housewife and her phone is never at risk. After 2 or 3 months, I did not see it reflecting on my account and gave them a call.
They did not insure my phone, but instead insured my wifes iphone4s. I was told to correct this, I have to cancel the old insurance and take a new one.
All sounds good, but then my excess is more if something happen to my phone, and although my phone is still working, it fell and has a cracked screen and the speaker is vibrating when I use it. I cannot therefor change the phone to a new policy since it is now damaged.
I want my phone repaired according to the initial telephonic agreement.
