I have never seen a network that will try to rip you off for your money in every way they can.
My issue which i have been having with cell c since June 2013 I have spoken to your call centre on numerous occasions telling them I will be making manual payments towards my contract but they keep on debiting my old account which I know longer make use off and this was communicate to your agents many times but it keeps on happening and I am being charge an extra 70 Rand due to payment being decline I refuse to keep paying this amount when your company fails to follow my simple instruction I have paid for my contract and this needs to be rectified immediately. I spoke to your call centre on the 10 of January and no help was given to me what so ever they supplied me with wrong head office number which to me is very poor service. I then visited your Cell C store in the Pavilion shopping centre and yet again I was given poor service. No help just stated I need to pay my account otherwise I could be sued for 70 rand I am very disappointed in your network and going forward I rather take my business elsewhere.
