Why the is Cell C refusing to cancel my contract? I do not want to be a victim of this shady company any longer! You have deducted R700 from my account but i still cannot receive calls. I asked for my contract to be cancelled due to poor network and therefore breach of contract, however they got back to me saying i should wait a few months for them to upgrade facilities in the area? What the, are you serious and they also state that i should pay for the service in the interim even though i cannot make or recieve calls. No one should ever leave their mobile operator and move to Cell C, it will be the end for you! Please dont call me to apologize because you clearly feel no remorse for the pathetic service i have experienced. i want this contract cancelled with immediate effect. You are cisting my company valubale income due to your poor network and empty promises.
