Data Usage problem Again!!!

On the 1st of January 2014 my phone was softlocked due to a proposed data usage over my montly limit of 500meg. we didn't even have reception because we were on holiday. When I called the call Centre they said that it was a billing problem and everything will be unlocked on the 10th of January. They opened the line by increasing my monthly limit. within 6 days everything was used up by something that no one knows what. I cant even access my itemised billing on myvodacom [URL Removed] to view this. Reference nr S3-04-Z6v-v7RD. and S-3-04z27-7Lb8Y. I have a bill of R2300 . on this line. I will not pay this and if there is any resistance I will close my accounts with Vodacom. somebody from Vodacom is hacking my account and uses up all my data.
I will take this matter further. a discount will not work like last time. my dongle got hacked as well and I paid the discounted fee. this time I will not pay one sent more. if this matter is not resolved within 7 days I will go to the newspapers and to court.
