I put a call limit ion my acc in september and have been overcharged ever since. on the 5th december 2013 i regestered a complaint and was given the reference number s3t9l333ntmt. i was told i would receive a call within 5 working days. i was not called back. i then called back over the next 3 weeks and on the 22nd december was sent a message by u guys saying it will be dealt with in the next 2 weeks. it wasn't. i then got my bill on the 4 january 2014 and have STILL been overcharged. how difficult is it to make sure that the call limit is adhered to.?? can someone please get back to me???
