No response to query about refund

My loan agreement expired end of Oct 2012 and my last installment went off on 29-10-2012. FNB has been deducting money off my account end of November, December and January 2013. Spoke to P Gumede [Email Removed] and she confirmed that FNB hasn't cancelled the contract on their side. I have sent 3 e-mails to her regarding my refund of R460.00 but no response regarding my query (refund).
I await FNB's urgent response in this regard.
