I am extremely dissapointed by the service I received from ADT! I have logged a query with them on 24 September 2013 and were advised that somebody will call me within 48 working hours. after 4 calls to follow up with them regarding my query, still no response from them. Only that somebody will contact me. I also send emails with no luck, until today nobody phoned me regarding my query. I have to call them to follow up and only response is that my query has been submitted to a supervisor that will contact me. No phone call received from them yet. I am extremely dissapointed that I had to complain on "Hello Peter" due to lack of professionalism.
