I upgraded my phone more than a month ago where I was promises a Bluetooth set and charger with the package I took. It has been over a month and they still don't have it for me. When I phoned and spoke to the staff and manager they simply brushed me off with no concrete answer. This is unacceptable service but then again nothing new for Vodacom.
